What are the various available trims?

The first trim is the Sport with features like Bluetooth, air-conditioning, 16-inch wheels, a USB port, and a 5-inch touchscreen. The next trim level is the Latitude which adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless ignition and entry, upgraded cloth and simulated leather upholstery, and even more packages than before. Multiple trim levels will also have the option to add a navigation system, a power liftgate, a sunroof, or even packages like the Cold Weather and Advanced Safety package or the Lighting package.

What engine lies under the hood of the Jeep Compass?

The standard engine is a 2.4-liter inline-4 MultiAir for the Sport and Latitude trims, while the Trailhawk and Limited trims come standard with a 2.4-liter inline-4 MultiAir engine with stop-start technology. This technology is optional for the two previous trims. The first engine comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission, while the second engine comes standard with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Across the board, you will find an engine oil cooler, a Selec-Terrain system, an electric park brake, and much more. All trims come with a 13.5 gallon fuel tank and have an EPA estimated fuel economy of 22 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per gallon on the highway.
