
From the convenience of your computer or smart phone, you can engage the e-Shopper Concierge in three easy steps:
Getting Started. Once you have engaged the e-Shopper Concierge, you will be contacted by the Internet Sales Department, who will confirm your vehicle choice and option preferences; as well as rough trade values based on a vin inquiry of your existing vehicle. After locating the vehicle you want on our lot or any affiliate lot, the Concierge will forward you vehicle specifications and your Internet deal details. Commitment Step. The Concierge will collect financial information associated with your preferred method of purchase (cash, finance or lease) and obtain the necessary approvals. You will recieve a confirmation email which you must reply to within the specified time period in order to lock in the Internet deal. VIP Delivery Step. The Concierge will welcome you to the showroom at the designated time for a 45-minute VIP Delivery experience which will include Test Drive, Sign and Go. Your vehicle will be prepped in advance and awaiting your arrival with a full tank of gas. Follow-up Step. The Concierge will contact you by phone and email within two days of your purchase to ensure you were satisfied with the process and are satisfied with your vehicle.
