 With the Thompson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram e-Shopper Concierge service, you can shop the way you want - from the convenience of your home, office or anywhere you have access to the Internet.  The e-Shopper Concierge is your solution for purchasing your next new or quality pre-owned vehicle with minimal time at the dealership and a much more pleasurable experience.

Who should use the e-Shopper Concierge?

  • Anyone with limited time who wishes to restrict their time at our showroom to a 45-minute VIP Delivery experience.
  • Anyone who lives a significant distance from the dealership who wishes to avoid surprises upon arrival and minimize total time in travel and transaction.
  • Anyone who know specifically what they want and is ready to secure their choice vehicle as expeditiously as possible.

How to engage the e-Shopper Concierge?

From the convenience of your computer or smart phone, you can engage the e-Shopper Concierge in three easy steps:

  1. Visit www.thompsoncdj.com/concierge or call (877) 296-4270.
  2. Complete brief e-Shopper Concierge enrollment form.
  3. Acknowledge program disclaimer by replying to e-Shopper Concierge welcome email.

How does the e-Shopper Concierge work?

Getting Started. Once you have engaged the e-Shopper Concierge, you will be contacted by the Internet Sales Department, who will confirm your vehicle choice and option preferences; as well as rough trade values based on a vin inquiry of your existing vehicle.  After locating the vehicle you want on our lot or any affiliate lot, the Concierge will forward you vehicle specifications and your Internet deal details.

Commitment Step.  The Concierge will collect financial information associated with your preferred method of purchase (cash, finance or lease) and obtain the necessary approvals.  You will recieve a confirmation email which you must reply to within the specified time period in order to lock in the Internet deal.

VIP Delivery Step.  The Concierge will welcome you to the showroom at the designated time for a 45-minute VIP Delivery experience which will include Test Drive, Sign and Go.  Your vehicle will be prepped in advance and awaiting your arrival with a full tank of gas.

Follow-up Step.  The Concierge will contact you by phone and email within two days of your purchase to ensure you were satisfied with the process and are satisfied with your vehicle.  Additionally, you will be scheduled for your first oil change and any other benefits to which you may be entitled.
